Our renowned foraged high-wheat bourbon – with more than twice the wheat content of the famous allocated wheated bourbons – triple-oaked, including the final few months of aging finished on staves of Georgia white oak staves. Bottled at Cask Strength.

• Mash Bill: 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley (foraged)

• Distillation Method & State: Column-distilled in Indiana

• Barrel Type: New, 53-gallon, char 3-4 American white oak barrels for approximately 4 years. A second new, 53-gallon char 3-4 American white oak barrels for another approximately two years. Final few months of maturation with 15-30 staves of hand-harvested white oak staves.
