The same foraged high-wheat bourbon as our Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon, finished in toasted barrels of varying toast levels and for varying amounts of time. The 45% wheat content is unique for bourbons, leading to a sweet, smooth profile, despite its high proof.

• Mash Bill: 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley (foraged)
• Distillation Details: Column-distilled in Indiana
• Barrel Type: New, 53-gallon, char 1–4 American white oak barrels. New, 53-gallon light, medium, and heavily toasted American white oak barrels.
  
• Bottling Details: Bottled at Cask Strength to preserve maximum flavor. Non chill-filtered & no color added
