King Of Kentucky 16 Year Single Barrel Bourbon 750ml
King of Kentucky is back for its seventh year, and Brown-Forman has made the single barrel, cask strength bourbon it a 16 year old this time. Approximately 5,100 bottles will be produced. For this year’s iteration, Master Distiller Chris Morris chose two lots of barrels to set aside for the limited-release product from 2007.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Burnt caramel, coconut flakes, dark hot chocolate, aged oak, faint cinnamon stick, vanilla, syrup-soaked raisins, touch of ethanol, rich scents
Palate: Cinnamon syrup, red velvet cake, rye spice, peppery oak, raisins, chocolate, intense
Finish: Rye spice, leather, aged oak, dry chocolate cake, lingering spice
